Rust Developer

We are looking for a proficient Rust developer to work on our XR content capture applications. The ideal candidate has built applications for Windows and/or Android, has experience with graphics programming, and has an avid interest for Virtual Reality and Virtual Production.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping and implementing application features based on designs
• Testing, profiling, optimisation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate well within a team, providing constructive feedback
• Solve problems with customers and technical partners

Qualifications

• Highly organised and strong attention to detail
• Skilled in writing maintainable and efficient code
• Proficient in Rust and ideally C++ and C# also
• Ability to debug complex issues effectively
• Experience with game engines (ideally Unity and/or Unreal)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Interprocess Communication (IPC) and networking
• Experience with Tauri and/or HTML based UI frameworks
• Experience with asynchronous programming (in particular with Tokio)
• Experience with game engine development
• Experience with graphics programming
• Strong mathematical knowledge
